Elevate @ The Pigeon's Coop of Carlsbad, NM

Elevate specializes in Craft Coffee, Mocktails, Fresh Lemonades, Redbull Lifts, Italian Cream Sodas, & a variety of Teas! We have certain drinks that can be made decaf and sugar free options. We are also trying to perfect our own Cold Brew! Some of these drinks are served in our Signature Cans, along with our own Michelada Mixes in different flavors. We make them ourselves, including our homemade Chamoy flavors as an option.

We will have our own coffee beans you can purchase to use at home on display, along with some Elevate cups and other Merch!

Besides our yummy drinks, we will have our Waffle Pops with plenty of toppings to choose from, to build your own! If you missed our pictures a few months ago of them, don’t worry we will post some more soon!

If you need something to grab n go, we have you covered there too! We offer Fresh Cold Pressed Juices & Wellness Shots in our Display Fridge along with some other drinks and an assortment of Baked Goods and snacks up by the order window!

We have a couple other things up our sleeve, but we will save that for another day and just share with you the main details of our little coffee shop!

We are a small women owned coffee shop that is opening soon in Carlsbad, New Mexico!

We will start out with online orders for pickup, curbside, & delivery.

You are more than welcome to sit outside and enjoy food from the park and food trucks available!

Once we get in the flow of things and completely finish our inside the way we want it, you will be able to relax inside with our bar stools, couch, and other chairs!

We can’t wait to serve you, and waiting to turn that Open sign on!

So much work, tears, long days, setbacks, and time has been put into this planning and dream! We can’t wait to share it with everyone!
